Chapter 9 - Variances

001 A discharger which is not a publicly owned treatment works (POTW) may request a variance from otherwise applicable effluent limitations as provided in 40 CFR part 122.21(m) which is incorporated by this reference.

002 A discharger which is a publicly owned treatment works (POTW) may request a variance from otherwise applicable effluent limitations as provided in 40 CFR part 122.21(n) which is incorporated by this reference.
