Chapter 20 - Technology-Based Treatment Requirements

001 The conditions and requirements of 40 CFR part 125 pertaining to the technology-based treatment requirements are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.

002 General. Technology-based treatment requirements under section 301(b) of the Clean Water Act represent the minimum level of control that must be imposed in a permit issued under this title. Permits shall contain technology-based treatment requirements in accordance with statutory deadlines, criteria and requirements.
