Title 135 - Rules And Regulations For Mineral Exploration Holes
Chapter 4 - Permit Conditions; General

001 The permittee must comply with all conditions of the permit. Any permit noncompliance constitutes a violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 81-1501 to 81-1533, and is grounds for enforcement action and/or for permit termination.

002 If the permittee wishes to continue an activity regulated by the permit after the expiration date of the permit, the permittee must apply for an extension of the permit at least seven days prior to the expiration date.

003 The permittee shall at all times properly operate and maintain all facilities and systems to meet the requirements of Chapter 5 and all conditions of the permit.

004 The permittee shall maintain financial responsibility (Chapter 7) to permanently plug the exploratory holes and restore the associated pits and the affected resources in accordance with Chapter 5.
