Pursuant to Title 122, Rules and Regulations for Underground Injection and Mineral Production Wells, Chapters 32 and 33, the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy is public noticing the proposal to issue permit NE0211670 to Crow Butte Resources for the operation of one Class I Non-Hazardous Waste Injection Well. The injection well is located in Dawes County, Nebraska.

The proposed permit provides conditions and limitations on injection parameters. Box 98922, Lincoln, Nebraska 68509, prior to July 13, 2024. A request for public hearing shall state the nature of the issues proposed to be raised at a hearing. All comments shall be considered prior to making a decision regarding a public hearing. If the Department of Environment and Energy receives substantive comments regarding this proposed permit issuance, a public hearing may be scheduled.

Copies of the fact sheet and all information pertaining to the permit issuance will be available for viewing and copying via mail, by request from the Department of Environment and Energy.
