2022 Nebraska Water Quality Integrated Report

The Integrated Report is a combination of two bi-annual reports required by the Clean Water Act: the Section 303(d) list of impaired waters and the Section 305(b) water quality report. EPA guidance recommends combining the two reports to better provide the public with a comprehensive summary of surface water quality. The Integrated Report provides the public information on the status of State waters and allows for future water quality management planning (future monitoring, TMDL development, watershed improvement implementation).
